You know when you create a summer project to-do-list with big plans to knock off every item on the list before the summer is up and by fall you only accomplished 20% of what you hoped to accomplish? Sometimes that is how I feel when it comes to mastering Adobe Illustrator. Personally I have always been a Photoshop guy since version 3.0 (yeah I am old) and only fooled around with Illustrator with the goal to one day create a learning plan to master that beast. Anyway, here is a nice list of “best of” tutorials for those who want to learn more or learn something different…
Best of Illy Tuts.
Also, another great resource for all Adobe products is Adobe themselves with AdobeTV which has a lot of great video tutorials, interviews, …etc.
One of my all time favorite video tutorial guys is Russell Brown. Warning: He CAN get a bit annoying. His personality is an acquired taste since he is like the product of Max Headroom, a trekky, a member of Talking Heads or Devo, and that overly excited science guy on PBS. Either way, he is a smart dude with a great set of resources and knowledge not to mention he is employed by Adobe.
Enjoy
