Design Magazines
Ok, so I know everything and anything is available on the web, but I think I’m looking for something with a little more matter. I used to make my way up to Barnes and Noble to check out the latest art books and magazines. Now, I can’t even remember the last time I did that. So I’m thinking about subscribing to a good design magazine. I’m leaning towards “CMYK Magazine”. There is another one that I know of, “Print”. If anyone has a good one they know of let me know!
Here is a few I found on another blog… http://www.youthedesigner.com/2008/09/08/10-amazing-graphic-design-magazines-part-1/

You can\’t forget the successor the unfortunately short lived Critique design magazine: STEP Inside Design. It’s full of smart design articles. I highly recommend it.

Print and Commmunication Arts are both really great magazines. Some of the subscription prices might seem a bit high, but it\\\’s totally worth it. Print\\\’s \\"Design Annuals\\" always feature amazing pieces… you definitely get your money\\\’s worth.
HOW Design is pretty good as well. And there should be some previous editions floating around the office somewhere.
