I {heart} Poster Art
I am a huge fan of poster design. I get excited about vintage classics and current “gig posters” equally if the talent and originality is there. In my spare time (rare) I create posters for bands, venues, events, …etc. Now that winter is on its way I am looking forward to setting up my screen printing gear and getting back to basics again. Creating posters is a great creative outlet for any designer and for me personally working on design AWAY from the computer is a great plus.
I want to share a few links on the related topic. WARNING: If you enjoy poster art you might find yourself spending hours on these sites so advise viewing them when you have time to kill… to a fan, yes the work is that interesting and good.

I love the work here. One of my favorite series being Scott Campbell’s “Friends With ET” Series. Man, those are cute.
